Places to visit and food to eat at Kota Kinabalu (Day 2)

Back with my KK post, if you are keen you can view my Day 1 here. Alrighty, moving on to Day 2, we had a simple and quick complementary breakfast provided by our guesthouse. It was just a decent and not any kind of fancy buffet but it was satisfying enough to our tummy.

From left : Cereals and milk, coffee/tea, toast with varieties of fruits jam and butter, honey pancakes, fried vermicelli and fruits

Straight headed to Jesselton jetty for our island activity. It took us about 15 minutes of speed boat riding from terminal to Sapi island. Tickets can be brought at the terminal itself, and we took only snorkeling activities which costs us about RM25/pax for the equipment.

We are READYYY

So many fishes. Prettay!

Lets move on to food yo!

Tanjung Aru Foodcourt
Satay and chicken wings are both very famous especially at foodcourts or 'pasar malam' (night market)
See the black sauce instead? Surprisingly thats the dipping they provide for satay. Its only soy sauce with tints of spice unlike the dips that found back at West Malaysia which is peanut kind of curry sauce. Not bad!

Ikan panggang! RM25
Variety of fresh fishes to be chosen, but we prefer to stick with stingray instead. Prices are varies according to sizes, like above it costs us RM25, which i think its quite cheap?

Little Italy Pasta and Pizza Corner

I think this is a well known Italian restaurant among Kota Kinabalu-ans, Im assuming from the crowds that were waiting to be seated.
Sleek menu

I dont remember the name of this. But it was a-must-try food in here

Dont remember this too! ><
Whats unique in this restaurant is the priority given to us customer to customized our own pizzas and pasta! We were kind of tempted to try their pasta but were restricted from the small space left in our tummy :(
Overall, the food was really scrumptious, one thing is that I personally think it tasted quite salty and I needed up needing thirst for water the whole night. Both of the dishes costs RM51.60

Ok, stop here! Will continue with one final post tomorrow!
